A vintage chart from India.
The chart is entitled "Child Welfare" and offers advice on how to have a healthy baby.
The image is still very colourful and the advice is offered in English as well as Hindi. It probably dates from the 1950s.
It is mounted on a baton top and bottom and is backed with a very thin linen or calico sheet.
The poster states "Supplied by The Indian Red Cross Society"
and "Produced by The Uttar Pradesh Health Department"
The poster is in fragile condition and has two severe creases so must be very carefully handled.
It measures approximately 19 inches by 27 inches.
An extremely rare item, it is unlikely there is another one available in the U.K.
£120.00.
Free U.K. postage on this item.
