The Oxford frame was popular for framing prints in the late nineteenth century.
This is a very small, exquisitely executed item with original metal clips to fasten the initial backboard to the frame.
In excellent antique condition. Lovely patina.
Measures 4.5 inches (11cm) x 6 inches (15cm) at the projected corners.
